In the City Ground directors’ box, Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis jointly watched the Premier League with considerable interest and had a huge TV set in front of him.
Whether on the television or on the pitch, Marinakis was never failing to gaze with great earnestness: he watched with eagerness the glory of One of his wishes- seeing Forest taking on and defeating the reigning champions Liverpool.
There was an astonishing blend of emotions as Forest fans lived life at its fullest, there was also a ruthless display of defending from Nuno Espirito Santo’s side as Liverpool’s Arne slot almost single handedly reversed the game around with two innovative substitutions.

Matz Sels, a goalkeeper, was instrumental in this astounding effort by Forest in tandem with the twin powerhouses of Murillo and Nikola Milenkovic. They all showed great skill as Liverpool attempted a late surge.
If there is a more colossal pair of centre backs in the Premier League, then they have to be a terrifying sight.
While both Murillo and Milenkovic are good footballers, their strong willpower and “You shall not pass” attitude help Forest’s counterattack with Wood in the center and Elanga and Callum Hudson-Odoi at the wings to prosper.
